You will get your product with in 24 to 72 hours if your location is inside Dhaka and in case of you side of Dhaka it might take 3 to 5 days max.
We provide 7 days replacement warranty for all our product. If you find any manufacturing defect on the product you can simply inform us and we will send our candidate to receive the product from you. Do not open the package or return it to the delivery man as it often gets damaged while reverse delivery. So inform us if you want to return the product, we will help you to return the product safely. [N.B. Change of mind is not applicable for returning the product]
If we really find any problem with the product, then TECH RAJJO will bare all the delivery cost. But if we find the product was all ok but you misunderstood it then you have to pay the delivery charge.
